Overnight oats guarantee pure enjoyment, spoonful by spoonful. For the cold porridge version, you let the grains soak with pieces of fruit, nuts, and spices overnight in plant-based milk, water, or fruit juice. Then, layer the mix with fresh fruit puree and a crunchy topping in a bowl or glass. Look forward to a colorful breakfast.
Ingredients:
90 g oat flakes
360 ml almond milk
2 tbsp dried cranberries
1 mashed banana
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp ground turmeric
160 g coconut yogurt
1 tbsp buckwheat sesame crumble
1 tbsp blueberries
Here's how it's done:
Combine the oats, almond milk, cranberries, bananas, and lemon juice. Divide the mixture in half: pour one half into a glass, and mix the turmeric and coconut yogurt into the other half. Divide the second portion over the first and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, scatter the blueberries and buckwheat and sesame crumbles over the porridge.
