My name is Florian Schmitt. I'm a German and vice-world champion in the fitness decathlon, a passionate entrepreneur, and an expert in physical and mental health and performance. I started my career in 1994 with my twin brother Karl. Together with him, I founded the companies Bodyinvestment and TwinsBar, which focus exclusively on a healthy lifestyle.
